What did you do before real estate?
I got into real estate right out of college, but that wasn't my initial plan! I played golf in college, got my degree in sports management and thought I would go into golf marketing. But I graduated when covid hit and there were no sports jobs because sports had all stopped at that time. So I got my real estate license and thought I would try it until sports agencies were hiring again.
What was your production?
Year 1: $9.2M Volume; $98,000; Avg Price Point $354,000 (On a team, online leads)
Year 2: $6.5M Volume; $70,000; Avg Price Point $403,000 (On a team, still online leads but less)
Year 3: $3.8M Volume; $73,000; Avg Price Point $387,000 (Transitioned to being solo agent lead generating on my own, got married, turned first house into a rental cash flowed $450/month, and bought second house)
Year 4: $5.9M Volume; $119,000; Avg Price Point $539,000 (Successfully able to generate consistent leads from YouTube and Instagram, started only working with my ideal client and referring out anyone who wasn't, very happy with work life balance).

Investing Experience
My husband and I bought a townhome back in December of 2021 and lived in it until October of 2023. We then bought a second home and turned the first property into a rental, cash flowing $450/month after PITI and HOA fees. (Getting ready to sell this though and want to get into flipping a couple houses a year)
What Do I Offer Mentees?
Meet-Ups in person to help strategize and plan their business based on their strengths, target customer, and goals. If they are doing Boomtown leads through Momentum or other online leads I can help them with scripting for online leads as I once called A LOT of them haha. I can help with marketing by creating a branding kit and social media plan for them. Answer questions about transactions themselves and make sure they get to the closing table. Help them build a touch program for their database. Happy to have them shadow listing appointments, showings, phone calls etc. Always available by phone/text for quick questions.
What are you looking for in your Mentee?
Someone who is a go-getter and eager to learn, independent, positive, an executor, relationship-based, is willing to put in the work now knowing that they are in it for the long haul and not immediate gratification. Someone who knows the basics of social media or primarily wants to lead generate that way.
Other Info:
My husband, Austin, and I got married in 2023! He is the best and I love that this job allows me to spend so much time with him. We got a Cavapoo puppy, Maverick last year and I love being a dog mom and hopefully a human mom in the next year or two. I am very close with my parents and in-laws and I am an auntie to 2 nieces and 2 nephews. I grew up playing competitive golf and played in college at James Madison University which taught me a lot about being a go-getter, working hard, having discipline and mental toughness. I love being active (golf, tennis, walking dog, working out), finding a good TV show, shopping, and going to church (Eleven 22).
